Quavo negotiated a price of $1,885,000 for the $2,098,000 house.
The two-acre Country Club of the South property has a wine cellar, exercise and gaming room, terrace level with kitchen, media room, pool with waterfall, bar, sauna, and curving staircase.
On December 20, 2017, Migos Touring Inc. sold the property to Jennie Lou Maddox LLC, the same corporation Quavo used to buy his mother a $560k home for Christmas (see below).
Jennie Lou Maddox bought a third Lawrenceville, Georgia house for $140,000. Quavo’s sister and other family members may have bought the 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 1,712 sq. ft. property.
