The team at Custom Performance Vehicle Division at McLoughlin Chrysler Jeep began by modifying two stock 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport models by installing a number of performance and aesthetic enhancement components. A 4-inch Elite long-arm suspension with Fox shocks was added to enhance the ride and provide clearance for 20-inch beadlock wheels wrapped with 37-inch tyres. The addition of Mopar Dana 44 axles with 4.88 ratios and electric lockers makes traversing any obstacle effortless. Metalcloak fender flares, rock sliders and a tyre carrier were installed along with a VPR front bumper to safeguard the Wrangler’s body.
After securing the suspension, powertrain, and body, the customization process could commence. Installing a Wildboar one-piece fastback hardtop, a heat reduction hood, custom grille inserts, and green LED halo lights in lieu of the stock units.
The interior was also modified by installing custom black leather upholstery with green stitching and embroidering the Beast Mode insignia on the backrest. A 9-inch Alpine display was added to play music through the Focal Speakers and JBL subwoofer, resulting in excellent sound quality on and off the trail.
