In April 2018, Kanye West tweeted photos of the couple’s Hidden Hills house, which upset Kim Kardashian.
“Ummm darling. Our home was off-limits on social media! Can we now film KUWTK at home?” she tweeted. She then said her post was a prank.
Kris Jenner, Kardashian’s mother, tweeted in April 2018 that the house was worth $60 miℓℓio𝚗, despite the couple’s 2014 рᴜrcҺɑse for $20 miℓℓio𝚗. Despite Jenner’s claims, Kardashian bought West’s house and possessions for $23 miℓℓio𝚗 after their divorce. She and their four children—North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm—live there.
Kardashian has shown off the property more after West’s 2018 tweet. Her greatest photos from her $60 miℓℓio𝚗 family home are here.
Kim described her home as a “minimal monastery” when asked. Monasteries house monks and nuns. Kanye and Belgian designer and antiquarian Axel Vervoordt, who designed the property, inspired the decor and architecture.
People reports that the pair bought the $20 miℓℓio𝚗 mansion in December 2014, months after getting married. Three years later, they refurbished it, and in April 2018, Kris Jenner announced its $60 miℓℓio𝚗 value. Nice, right?
Despite having four small children—North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm West—Kim chose a light-colored house. However, she always cleans it. Oh, God. “I run around the house with towels,” the Skims founder told Architectural Digest in January 2018.
“Take a deep breath and say, ‘OK, it’s going to happen. We chose lighter colors.” Kim continued. “Our last house, which we just moved out of, was all grays, which was a good test because we knew we were moving into a lighter house.”
Don’t worry! The mansion has a child-friendly playroom.
Kim kept her favorite mansion in her divorce settlement with Kanye. In March 2022, a judge granted her a “bifurcated divorce” as the former couple continues to negotiate custody and financial concerns. Kim has now given video tours of her property, including her large backyard, fitness room, and luxury automobile collection.
