Step Inside the Luxurious $29M Hamptons Retreat of Leonardo DiCaprio

This weekend, Leonardo DiCaprio was experiencing the high life in the Hamptons, even by Hollywood standards. According to our sources, he rented a $28.9 million historic estate in Sagaponack Village.

DiCaprio, who attended Michael Rubin’s star-studded celebration and spent two nights with Gigi Hadid, stayed in the 21,000-square-foot mansion with nine bedrooms and ten bathrooms, according to a source.

The luxurious residence also featured a swimming pool, pool house, tennis facilities, fitness centre, spa, sauna, cold plunge, and theatre, in case Leonardo DiCaprio and his entourage desired to watch “The Revenant.”

The property also includes two buildings, one of which contains an art studio, recording studio, and gym. (One dislikes to have to trek all the way to the main house to use the gym!).

According to the listing, the property, which was developed by Kristen Farrell & Co., has lift access to each floor.

DiCaprio, 48, was in town with friends such as art dealer Helly Nahmad and The Ned’s Richie Akiva, as well as 28-year-old are-they-or-aren’t-they girlfriend Hadid.

The attractive couple, who were first linked during Fashion Week in New York City last September, were spotted in Bridgehampton at a party hosted by Akiva and tech mogul David Rosenberg.

An eyewitness told Page Six that the tension between the model and Leonardo DiCaprio was palpable.

The following evening, they were observed at the Fourth of July celebration hosted by Tao Group founder Marc Packer, followed by a party hosted by Akiva at Kissaki in Water Mill.

A source stated, “They are together,” in a matter-of-fact manner.
