Discover Jhené Aiko’s Luxurious Ride Through Pacific Palisades
Jhené Aiko has just taken possession of a second residence in the same picturesque mountain-view community, despite the fact that she already owns an East Coast traditional home in a gated Pacific Palisades neighbourhood and her longtime partner Big Sean possesses a French Normandy-style mansion in Encino.
According to public records, the Grammy-nominated R&B singer paid slightly more than $5.6 million for her new home, which was constructed in the early 1980s but has been updated extensively and features five bedrooms and an equal number of bathrooms spread across nearly 4,700 square feet on two levels.
Nestled on more than a half-acre of land and protected by a new Ring Alarm system, the creamy stucco and terracotta-roof structure has a side-tucked three-car garage and a veranda with an arched entryway. Inside, a double-height foyer leads to a formal living room with a vaulted wood-beam ceiling, custom shelving and a two-way fireplace that links to a family room with a wet bar and French doors leading to the exterior.
In addition to the mural-adorned dining room, the main level features a gourmet kitchen with an eat-in island, brand-new Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, a walk-in pantry, and a breakfast alcove. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms, including a master suite with a private balcony, two walk-in closets, and a bathroom with a built-in soaking Jacuzzi.
The backyard features palm, olive, and fruit trees, a newly resurfaced sport court, a newly added pool and spa flanked by a fire pit, and an al fresco dining area with an outdoor kitchen.
