According to sources, Chance the Rapper and his wife have bought a 9,251-square-foot property in Bannockburn, a town about 30 miles north of Chicago, for $2.3 mιllιon.

The three-time Grammy winner, a native of Chicago, and his wife purchased the five-bedroom, seven-bathroom property on September 14, according to the Chicago Tribune. They had previously been renting a different residence nearby.

Prior to this acquisition, the couple, per the newspaper, had been sharing a five-bedroom, 6,721 square foot property in Bannockburn with his wife.

According to the description, the house was constructed in 1996, located on 3.71 acres of property, features a 4-car garage, library, sauna, movie theater, and outdoor swimming pool.
