Nicole Kidman’s class when filming Lioness: Stayed at the most expensive mansion in Mallorca

Nicole Kidman actually stayed there earlier this year while filming “Lioness,” an espionage thriller series in which she’ll play CIA Senior Supervisor Kaitlyn Meade. The Paramount+ series, which was created by Taylor Sheridan of “Yellowstone” fɑme, also features Morgan Freeman as the secretary of state and Zoe Saldana as a co-executive producer alongside Nicole Kidman.

The villa is located in the upscale Sоn Vida neighborhood, also known as the Beverly Hills of Mallorca, on a hilltop that is one acre in size. It is exceptional “in terms of the size of the plot, location, its orientation, amazing views, and the provenance of an award-winning international architect,” according to Ms. Muoz.

According to Ms. Muoz, it is now the most expensive house on the market in Mallorca and the most expensive property managed by Engel & Völkers Spain.

The villa’s ground level has a completely clear glass front with views of Palma’s bay and the ocean. The level has two dining areas, two kitchens, a bar, a wine cellar, a fireplace, and sizable living areas with doors leading to the outdoor terraces, which total more than 21,500 square feet and feature two swimming pools and lush Mediterranean gardens.

A hоt tub and outdoor theater are located on the rooftop. A multimedia art installation, a Zen garden, a treatment area for exercise, a sauna, a Turkish bath, and six parking places are all located in the basement.

The historic Castillo Hotel Sоn Vida and nearby golf courses are both within walking distance of the south-facing villa, which is located on the highest point in Sоn Vida.

Celebrities and movie stars have long been drawn to Sоn Vida by the island’s beauty, security, and genuine Mediterranean vibe, according to Ms. Muoz.

Aristotle Onassis, Grace Kelly, Prince Rainier of Monaco, and Maria Callas were among the notable visitors who attended the opening of the Castillo Hotel Sоn Vida in Sоn Vida in 1961. Golf Sоn Vida was also formally inaugurated in 1964 by Prince Rainier of Monaco. According to Ms. Muoz, the hotel has welcomed a number of famous guests throughout the years, including Anthony Quinn, Zsa Zsa Gabor, Brigitte Bardot, Julio Iglesias, Sting, and Jennifer Lopez.
