NBA player sold the mansion in October 2021. He sold the mase for $6.75 M. “They wαntєd something waterfront, but such inventory in Miami Beach is scarce, so we looked at Normandy Isles, an adjacent and well-established area,” Compass’s Ignacio Villanueva, who represented the sellers, told Mansion Global.“They loved the modern look of the house, with high ceilings, lots of lights, and a roof deck with beautiful views.”

Oak woodwork, tray ceilings, and polished marble flooring decorate the boxy refuge. The decor is modern, but the views are what matter. On the ground level, windows overlook the pool and terrace, while above, a large principal suite overlooks the water. An office, large walk-in closet, marble bath, and private patio are all included. The open kitchen has Dornbracht fixtures and a cinema theater.
