James Bond’s ultimate residence is the most expensive mansion in history

One of the priciest mansions outside of London, a 13-bedroom Grade-I listed stately estate with an asking price of $93.5 mιllιon, was utilized to film James Bond scenes.

Mike Jatania, a business billionaire, is trying to sell a 13-bedroom, Grade-I listed mansion west of London. Live and Let Diе and The Man with the Golden Gᴜn featured this stunning home.

The Guardian reports that Lancelot “Capability” Brown’s 18th-century Buckinghamshire parkland, Denham Place, spans 17 hectares (43 acres).

Knight Frank, Savills, and Beauchamp Estates will sell this home next week for 75 mιllιon pounds ($93.5 mιllιon).According to Rightmove, “a mansion built in 1688-1701” is the only property of this splendour and pedigree near Central London.

The 28,525-square-foot William and Mary manor residence is a private palace with state chamber-style meeting areas. The 11,199-square-foot estate includes a Grade II-listed coach house, estate cottages, support structures, and vehicle storage.

The Bonaparte Imperial family, JP Morgan, Lord Robert Vansittart, and Harry Saltzman were prior residents of this home.
