Terance Mann, a fan favorite of the Los Angeles Clippers, has purchased a home in the San Fernando Valley neighborhood of Tarzana that features a contemporary farmhouse design. According to public records, the brand-new property was sold to the shooting guard for a marginally reduced price of $4.8 million.
The two-story home was constructed in 2022 and features six bedrooms and seven bathrooms distributed across almost 6,300 square feet of living space with hardwood floors, high ceilings, designer lighting, and glass doors that provide seamless indoor-outdoor environments. There is a movie theater, a wet bar with a wine refrigerator, and an office with its own entrance.
The newly acquired residence of Mann is situated on a nearly half-acre walled and gated lot, with a driveway nestled off to the side of the wood-sided and stone-accented structure leading to a motorcourt and a three-car garage. A walkway bordered by a manicured lawn leads to the oversized front entrance, which opens into a soaring foyer that flows into a living room with a fireplace and a formal dining room with a striking wood-slat ceiling.
Additional highlights of the main level include an expansive family room with a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace and built-in shelving, as well as access to a shaded patio that is ideal for outdoor lounging and entertaining. An adjacent gourmet kitchen features an expansive island with seating, high-end appliances, a breakfast alcove, and a walk-in pantry.
Double doors lead to the upstairs master retreat, which features a fireplace, dual showroom-style closets, and a marble bath with dual vanities, a dressing area, soaking tub, and large rainfall shower; and outdoors, the mostly grass-covered backyard features an infinity-edge pool and spa adjacent to a bath-equipped pool house, as well as a kitchen/bar setup and fire-pit lounge. Obviously, there is also a sports field on the property.
