Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott remain a real estate team, and they are redoubling their efforts to sell the contemporary property they have shared since 2018.
After five months on the market with no takers, the reality TV star and “Sicko Mode” rapper have relisted their swanky European-style villa in the hills above Beverly Hills for slightly less than $20 million, or $2 million less than the couple’s initial asking price.
However, if the house sells for anywhere near the new asking price, it will still make a substantial profit. The couple paid $13.5 million for the two-story residence, tucked away behind a long gated driveway in the lower Benedict Canyon neighborhood, shortly after it had been entirely renovated and rebuilt.
Subsequently, they added custom details to the boxy residence, which features seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms in nearly 9,700 square feet of living space with oak floors, imported stone, and floor-to-ceiling glass doors leading to manicured gardens. Luxurious amenities include a movie theatre, a gaming room with a wet bar, a lounge, and an office.
A double-height foyer leads to a living room with a fireplace that connects to a formal dining room, both of which open to an al fresco dining terrace, are among the highlights.
In addition, there is a family room and a kitchen with ebony-hued cabinetry, a central island, high-end appliances, a walk-in pantry, and a breakfast room adjacent to the kitchen.
Upstairs, a winding staircase leads to a plush master suite with a private balcony offering canyon and city lights views, a separate fireside sitting area, a dressing room, and dual walk-in closets and baths; outdoors, the picturesque grounds encompass just under an acre and feature a pool and spa flanked by a barbecue/bar setup. In addition, there is a three-car garage and up to four parking spaces.
Jenner still owns multiple properties, including a $36 million mansion in Holmby Hills and a $15 million lot in Hidden Hills where she recently broke ground on her future ideal home. She is also in the process of constructing a second new mansion, an arid retreat in La Quinta’s Madison Club.
However, since 2016, the Kylie Cosmetics founder’s primary residence has been a luxurious Hidden Hills estate that Architectural Digest photographed in 2019. Regarding Scott, he maintains a $23 million hilltop mansion in Brentwood, in addition to a sprawling estate in his birthplace of Houston.
