Admire Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s $88M Bel Air mansion, which has 4 pools and bulletproof windows

Legendary musicians Jay-Z and Beyoncé are equally talented and wealthy. The couple, who live a lavish lifestyle, are reported to have a combined net worth of US$1.9 billion by Cosmopolitan.

The 53-year-old record executive and his 41-year-old American singer wife looked for their dream house for at least three years. Call them hard to impress or perfectionists. They lived in a series of exorbitantly expensive rentals until locating and settling in their brand-new Bel Air estate, which cost US$88 million, according to CNBC.

They finally settled on the US$88 million modern Bel Air property in 2017, which Architectural Digest claims is the cherry on top of their thrilling real estate trip.

Beyoncé, Jay-Z, and their three kids now reside in a 30,000 square foot, six-building mansion that cost US$88 million. The eight-bedroom, eleven-bathroom modern estate was built by Dean McKillen, according to the Los Angeles Times. The mansion’s impressive amenities stand out more than its roomy layout and intricate architecture.

There has a 15-car garage, spa, and home theater. The theater, also known as the media room, is a luxurious space with a large screen, fine furniture, mood lighting, and even a door that appears in one YouTube video to be covered in lizard skin. The opulent home features four pools, a basketball court, and separate staff quarters in order to offer 24-hour services.

The house offers elements that set its design apart in addition to first-rate comforts. The sculpted limestone staircases and the 10,000 square feet of outdoor area are also beautiful. But what about the last flourish? Security is provided by the windows’ bulletproof glass, which does not hinder the panoramic views of Los Angeles.

The two Grammy winners reportedly spent more than $800,000 renovating their luxury apartment before they moved in, according to British media.

A US$750,000 worth of improvements were made to the Bel Air home, including the setting up of a US$30,000 backup generator and a living area beneath its four pools. Three pools are dispersed over various levels in the rear, and one is located on the roof, according to Cambridge Pavers.
