Jake Paul, a former YouTuber who is now a professional boxer, used a mιllιon dollars of his earnings to purchase a mansion in a posh neighborhood of Puerto Rico, which he ultimately paid more than 15 mιllιon dollars for.

The most recent investment, 15,750,000 dollars, was made to buy a property that once belonged to the former Puerto Rican baseball player Yadier Molina. It is situated in The Legacy Dorado Beach East, in the municipality of Dorado on the north coast of Puerto Rico.

According to details provided by local media, the home, which is situated on a 12,087 square foot (1,124.3 square meter) plot, features eight bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, two half baths, a garage, a swimming pool, and even a golf course.

The former baseball player listed the home for sale more than a year ago, but with a price of roughly 28 mιllιon, and it wasn’t until Paul showed up and paid almost half of the asking price that there was any genuine interest.
