Richer gets richer, this famous couple just made $19M from their LA compound

Less than two months after placing it on the market, Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine and his wife, model Behati Prinsloo, sold their Los Angeles home for $51 mιllιon on Tuesday.

According to a recent report from Mansion Global, the famous couple listed the 3-acre estate in the upscale Pacific Palisades in March for $57.5 mιllιon. Despite the sale price being around 11% below their expectations, Mr. Levine, 43, and Ms. Prinsloo, 33, who spent $31.95 mιllιon for the house in 2018, made a profit of over $19 mιllιon.

The buyer was unknown to Mansion Global, and the sale’s data have not yet been made available to the general public.

The mansion is “the epitome of the true California lifestyle,” according to listing agent Kurt Rappaport of Westside mansion Agency, who told Mansion Global in March. It has expansive views of both the city and the Pacific Ocean. For this article, he declined to comment.

The estate consists of a 9,000 square foot main house, a guest cottage, an office building, and a wellness center. According to the description, there are a total of 10 bedrooms and 14 baths.

The primary bedroom suite has a private patio, two walk-in closets, and a stone-clad bathroom with a double shower steam and a dressing area. The main house also has a theater and game room, a chef’s kitchen with a walk-in refrigerator, and a theater and game room. The guest house has a full kitchen, living room, and dining area in addition to four bedrooms.

Large lawns and gardens, a basketball court, a pool and Jacuzzi, an outdoor kitchen, jogging paths, and a chicken coop are all featured on the beautifully designed grounds.
