LeBron James’ Bold Move: Transforming a $37M Mansion into His Ultimate Dream Home

The NBA legend has received permission to begin work on his Beverly Hills property. James, 38, only bought the home in 2020 and has already demolished it.

The desolate area of land on a hillside overlooking the elite Los Angeles neighborhood is shown in exclusive images.

And, according to The Sun, permissions have been issued for construction on James’ new home to commence.

The Lakers has plenty of options for lodging in Hollywood, as he owns two $20 million properties in Brentwood. His Beverly Hills property was purchased for $2 million less than the asking price of $39 million in 2020.

The four-bedroom compound was built in the 1930s and stretched 2.5 acres of property with views of both Beverly Hills and the Pacific Ocean.

It included eight baths, two detached guesthouses, seven fireplaces, a tennis court, a movie theater, a pool, and a pool house.

A hedge-lined road led to a spacious vehicle court as the Mediterranean-style home approached.
