Exclusive Tour Inside Alessandra Ambrosio’s Penthouse: Unveiling the Unusual and Glamorous Secrets

According to Mansion Global, former Victoria’s Sеϲгеt model, Alessandra Ambrosio, has sold her Manhattan penthouse for $2.75 million. The duplex apartment, located on East 38th Street in Murray Hill, had been on the market since June with an initial asking price of $2.995 million.

The property closed in early December after entering into a contract in September. The buyer was represented by Lena Datwani of Sotheby’s International Realty.

The approximately 1,600-square-foot apartment features large volumes, soaring double-height ceilings, and light-filled interiors, according to the listing marketed by Paul Hazen of Douglas Elliman.

The home has unobstructed southern views and over 700 square feet of private outdoor space, with two balconies on the lower level and a terrace on the upper floor, making them the most appealing features of the property, according to Hazen.

Ms. Ambrosio purchased the three-bedroom condo in 2005 for $1.875 million. The home was designed by acclaimed Brazilian architect Arthur Casas, according to Hazen. In addition to its southern views, the apartment offers vistas to the east and west, a semi-open kitchen, a separate dining room, hardwood floors, a wood-burning fireplace, and custom walk-in closets with dressing areas.

While Ms. Ambrosio is perhaps best known for being a Victoria’s Sеϲгеt Angel from 2004 until 2017, she has worked with various luxury brands including Gucci, Oscar de la Renta, Christian Dior, Marc Jacobs, and Vivienne Westwood. At the time of writing, her representatives have not commented on the sale of her Manhattan penthouse.
