Actor and martial artist Jean-Claude Van Damme previously listed his Marina del Rey home for $10 million, but it was purchased by rapper Ice Cube in April 2016 for $7.25 million. There are rumors that Jean-Claude Van Damme bought the property for around $6 million in 2012.

The modern estate, situated along the Grand Canal in Marina del Rey, was custom-built in 2011 and spans 7,575 square feet. The rapper’s home is impressive and located in close proximity to other celebrity residences in Los Angeles.
