Kawhi Leonard’s Luxurious Real Estate Portfolio: Inside His $17.1 Million Pacific Palisades Mansion and More

Kawhi Leonard, the talented Clippers player with a $103 million contract and the possibility of free agency, recently invested $17.1 million in a stunning property in Pacific Palisades, Los Angeles. The house is conservatively designed and situated on a peninsula, offering breathtaking ocean views.

Despite being a resident of Moreno Valley, the 29-year-old Leonard has made several high-end real estate purchases. He still owns a $13.3 million mansion in Rancho Santa Fe, acquired in 2019. During basketball season, he resides in a $6.7 million condo at the Ritz Carlton Residences at L.A. Live, a luxurious skyscraper condo complex located near the Staples Center and inhabited by other prominent figures like Lonzo Ball, Jim Buss, and Jason Blum.

Leonard’s third property is a gated and secluded estate located on the Westside. The custom Hamptons-style home, spanning 82 acres, was originally built by Ryan Kavanaugh, founder of Relativity Media, for himself. Kavanaugh listed the impressive 12,000-square-foot mansion for $25 million in February 2019. After two years on and off the market, the asking price was reduced to $17.5 million, and Leonard eventually made an even lower offer, securing the property.

The exterior of the house features medium grey siding with white trim and copper gutters. Most of the public rooms offer stunning views of the ocean and hills. These rooms feature coffered ceilings, foldaway glass doors, and a dual-sided fireplace.

The spacious kitchen is equipped with an eat-in breakfast bar, high-end Wolf and SubZero appliances, and a butler’s pantry. The family room, like many other rooms in the house, is predominantly white and features a second fireplace. The main floor also includes a formal dining room, a maid’s bedroom suite, and a lengthy staircase leading to the upstairs family chambers.

The master suite boasts two folding glass doors that open to a balcony with magnificent views. It includes two walk-in closets and two “couples” bathrooms, each with separate rooms connected by a large glass shower with a porthole-style window and multiple showerheads, offering luxurious and spacious amenities for the homeowner.
