VisionF Yachts, a Turkish shipyard, has launched the fourth and final hull in its VisionF 80 series in a custom hue of pink.
The 24.6-meter all-aluminum catamaran was constructed for an international tech entrepreneur and is the final vessel in a series that has been enhanced to the VisionF 82. Her identity has not been disclosed officially.
The distinctive pink palette was created by Thurstan Design – London and represents a radical departure from the all-black third hull.
The catamaran’s 54-square-meter main saloon, whose interiors are decorated in her signature hue, is a conversation starter. With velvet flooring, rounded settee chairs, and integrated lighting, the interior design evokes the 1970s in a modern way. The fixed furniture is manufactured in-house, while RoveConcepts, Moro, Crate & Barrel, Kravet, Paola Lenti, and Farrow & Ball supply the designer pieces. She can accommodate eight passengers in four accommodations and five crew members.
The stern platform can be hydraulically lowered to provide convenient water access and raised to store the Williams jet tender. With a draft of less than one meter, the catamaran can navigate in shallow waters and reach remote harbors with ease. The yacht is equipped with a flybridge, an exterior helm station, and weather-resistant sunpads for sunning. A 9.7-metre beam provides ample space on the main deck, including a galley that benefits from ample natural light.
Ali Tanir, the general manager of VisionF Yacht, stated that it was “a great pleasure” to work with so many diverse parties on the development of the project. Tanir stated, “I am ecstatic to be a part of this project even at the delivery stage, as she is in many ways exceptional.”
The VisionF 80 has a top speed of 18 knots and a range of more than 1,800 nautical miles thanks to its twin Volvo Penta IPS 1050 engines.
According to BoatPRO, VisionF Yachts presently has six units larger than 24 meters under construction, with three units from the new Silent-VisionF 82 series set to be introduced in winter 2023/2024.
