Step Inside the NYC Mansion of Pop Music Icon Michael Jackson

Michael Jackson’s Former New York City Mansion Has a New Owner – The Manhattan mansion at 4 East 74th Street, which was formerly inhabited by Jackson and Marc Chagall, is one of those stunning residences, and its time on the market has ended. It is situated on a parcel measuring approximately 2,448 square feet.

The most recent buyer purchased the six-story, 16-room, seven-bedroom limestone for $32 million after less than a year, represented by Adam D. Modlin of Modlin Group, who was also the listing broker. The price is enormous, but the home is worth every euro, if not more. Look around and judge for yourself

Realtor.com states that mansions are anywhere between 5,000 and 8,000 square feet in size. In New York City terms, this residence is comparable to a mega-mansion. If this room had enough natural light to illuminate the entire house, I would consume every meal (and snack) there. In this residence, there is no such thing as a tiny room.
