The See You Again singer is apparently moving to Beverly Hills and buying a gorgeous mid-century modern mansion in Trousdale.

The Rex Lotery-designed commercial cost the 25-year-old artist $9 M. The stylish split-level house has attentive landscaping.

Red wood and natural light give the home a warm, earthy feel. Guests are greeted by a stunning staircase over a canyon-view sunken living space.

 

 

 

 

 

A fireplace-equipped reading nook is great. Sliding glass doors separate a top-floor study or office. Modern bathrooms and wide, well-lit bedrooms are available.

The musician and his guests may rest in the area’s beautiful pool with city views.

Poolside amenities include a lounge and fire pit.
Marvin Gaye’s cars fit in the front’s manicured motor court. A security barrier lets Charlie, who has 8 M Instagram followers, rest.

Kurt Rappaport, a celebrity realtor who has represented Ellen Degeneres, Ryan Seacrest, Tom Brady, and others, represented the artist.
