Rev Up Your Excitement: Jason Statham Races into Luxury with His Jaw-Dropping Malibu Mansion, a Pricey Dream Beyond Imagination

A gorgeous seaside property in Malibu, California, that belongs to Hollywood action hero Jason Statham has recently been put up for sale for around $20 million dollars. There is no question that he is looking for a “fast and furious” sale.

Ten years ago, the actor, who is now 52 years old, purchased the rural villa with four bedrooms that overlooks the Pacific Ocean. He is most known for his portrayal as the nefarious figure Deckard Shaw in the Fast and Furious movies.

Given that he is said to have paid $10.6 million on the seaside estate in 2009, the big-biceped British man stands to make a significant profit if he sells the property for even a portion of the asking price of $19.95 million. This is a growth in value that is equivalent to roughly one million dollars added each and every year on average.

The house’s magnificent location attracts visitors. “The Blac House,” as it’s known, is concealed behind Malibu’s Colony neighborhood’s guarded gates on a peninsula’s private beach.

Its black-painted, cedar-shingle facade is frightening. The three-bedroom, three-bathroom main home is 3,900 square feet. At the back of the property is a standalone guest cottage with a self-contained one-bedroom apartment over a two-car garage.

The freshly renovated home maximizes its best feature: stunning views of the crashing Pacific from almost every window. The large decks are perfect for watching another California sunset or Surfrider beach surfers ride the rollers.

The main living room is a haven of tranquility thanks to its windows that reach from floor to ceiling and its access to the seaside balcony that is coated in Burmese teak. The large, overstuffed sofas that are situated by the windows provide for excellent relaxation spots.

Just off the main living space is where you’ll find a cozy lounge with a huge stone fireplace and storage that extends from floor to ceiling and is stocked with plenty of firewood. The television room is adjacent to it and features black-painted shelves, which are designed to go well with the aesthetic of the rest of the house.

In the large kitchen that has a minimalist design, gray and black are used in all of their varying shades. It comes with high-end appliances from Gaggenau, elegant countertops made of stainless steel, and cabinetry made in Germany by Bulthaup that are a dark gray color.
