The futuristic, fully-electric, supercar-inspired Future-E tender concept has been unveiled by the Italian design firm CentrostileDesign.
The concept is “designed in the style of a supercar,” according to the firm, and draws technological influence from the marine sector, automotive design, and aviation.
The idea will produce zero emissions because it is entirely recyclable and made of 100% recycled carbon fiber.
Together with the motors, its four foils provide support, lifting the tender out of the water as its speed rises. As a result, the tender can travel at speeds of up to 30 knots with less resistance from the water.
When the Future-E is put and stowed on the deck of a superyacht, the foils will also serve as a cradle.
The Future-E is outfitted with a futuristic interior big enough to hold the driver and three passengers, with the dashboard integrating wraparound screens. It was created to function as a flying car on the water.
