Oceanco’s Esquel: A Breathtaking Expedition Yacht Concept that Pushes Boundaries

Oceanco wowed all attendees of the 2019 Dubai International Boat Show on the very first day by unveiling the Esquel, a 105-meter yacht concept. This magnificent expedition vessel is designed for individuals who are capable of cruising in some of the world’s most remote regions while providing them with all the comfort and amenities they desire.

Esquel was designed by Timur Bozca and Gina Brennan, and its diesel-electric propulsion system was developed by Lateral. It has an impressive range of 7,000 nautical miles at a cruising speed of 13 knots, ensuring that this eye-catching explorer yacht can reach any destination.

The hull is ice-strengthened and has Polar Classification, allowing it to navigate even in the most remote polar regions. The vessel is also equipped with a sophisticated dynamic positioning system, which eliminates the need for an anchor, thereby reducing the Esquel’s carbon footprint and making cruising the world’s oceans and seas more environmentally friendly.

The luxurious interior of the Esquel superyacht makes it a floating house away from home. There is a master suite with a grand panoramic portal, a lounge, and a cozy fireplace, ideal for unwinding after a day of ocean exploration.

In addition to being a comfortable family home, the Esquel can be converted into a marine conservation support vessel with onboard workshops and laboratories. The exterior has a robust masculine appearance, but the sleek contour lines and high-tech amenities on board make it suitable for cruising anywhere in the world.
