The contemporary estate, built in 2005 and last sold for $8.2 million in 2015, is situated high above the city’s bustling Sunset Strip. Although the house was not advertised for sale at the time of Bad Bunny’s purchase, it had been offered for $9 million the previous year and was sold by Ali Jassim, a longtime business associate of Sheikh Mansour, the Arab multibillionaire who owns Manchester City, the English soccer team. Jassim is also rumored to maintain a primary residence on the Caribbean island, which could be an intriguing coincidence.
The fortress-like residence is concealed from public view by gates and a massive wall, and there is off-street parking for at least six vehicles.
