Hollywood A-lister Scarlett Johansson, who plays Black Widow again in the eagerly awaited Avengers: Infinity War movie, is a real estate hopper.

In 2014, the 33-year-old performer and her then-husband Romain Dauriac made an under-the-radar $3.88 miℓℓio𝚗 purchase of a home in LA’s prestigious and historic Los Feliz neighborhood.

The 1940s-era, 3,500-square-foot, two-story home has four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms. It is nestled away behind a locked gate on nearly an acre of ground at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac.

The living areas on the main floor have espresso-colored wood floors and include a large, step-down living room with glass sliders and a marble mantelpiece, as well as a tiny central entry/stair hall.

There are glass sliders and a wet bar in the adjacent den as well. An all-white kitchen with a center island and an adjacent laundry area are visible from the dining room.

The master bedroom is located on the top floor and has a fireplace-equipped sitting space, a step-out balcony with views of the Hollywood sign, a fitted walk-in closet, and an ultra-hip sky-lit bathroom.

Along the inside angle of the front façade, a modest veranda descends to a grass, a dining terrace with a built-in grill, a swimming pool, an eight-person spa, and a cabana by the pool.

Scarlett Johansson, star of Avengers: Infinity War, had previously spent $3 miℓℓio𝚗 on a 1930s-era Spanish home in the illustrious Outpost Estates neighborhood, which she later sold for $4 miℓℓio𝚗 in June 2010.

Johansson and her ex-husband Ryan Reynolds penned a sizable $2.9 miℓℓio𝚗 check for a post-and-beam showpiece built in the Los Feliz hills in the 1960s by Buff & Hensman.

When the couple divorced in May 2012, the residence was eventually sold for $3.5 miℓℓio𝚗. Johansson obtained $470,000 for the property she had in the Hollywood Versailles Tower in June 2013.
