The renowned German construction company, Julius Berger, undertook the project. They have an impressive portfolio of constructing some of the world’s most expensive and renowned residential buildings. Adeniyi Coker Consultants Limited, known for their elegant designs and skillful utilization of natural light, is overseeing the architectural aspect of the building.

Regrettably, there are no available interior photos of the house at this time. This is partly due to the ongoing construction process and also because Mrs. Alakija prefers to maintain her privacy. However, it is evident that once completed, this house will surpass other expensive residences in Lagos in terms of both price and breathtaking aesthetics.
