Exquisite Futuristic Design Unveiled for a Luxurious Middle East Yacht Club and Marina!

The renderings for an ambitious new project spanning three natural harbors along the northwestern coast of Saudi Arabia have been unveiled for the first time.

The project is on schedule to be completed in 2024, and it is anticipated to have a significant impact on yachting activity in the Middle East and Red Sea.

A 10-hectare basin can accommodate yachts up to 130 meters in length, and an 80-meter Quai d’honneur can hold events such as yacht shows, regattas, and other yachting events.

The full-service marina will provide a total of 120 berths and will feature a distinctive porte-cochere for discreet tender arrivals.

The yacht club portion of Triple Bay Club will span 7,900 square feet and four stories and will include a terrace restaurant, infinity pool platform, and rooftop cabana lounge. Its distinctive appearance was inspired by the natural erosion of stones, and the design was created by the international architecture firm HKS.

The project is already well advanced, with Amaala, a luxury real estate development company, in charge. The Red Sea Development Company manages Amaala, which is part of the Saudi Vision 2030 program.

“We anticipate that Amaala will become an international hub for luxury yachting, and as such, the yacht club required a world-class design, influenced by the surrounding natural elements and Arabic heritage, and underpinned by our commitment to sustainability,” said Amaala’s chief executive officer, John Pagano.

“Amaala presents a unique opportunity to shape a new tourist destination and a new yachting hub on the Red Sea. It is an honor to be involved in the design of this iconic yacht club, which will serve as the marina’s focal point and enhance the guest experience, according to Kevin Underwood, global director of hospitality at HKS.

To reduce its ecological footprint, the development is aiming for a minimum LEED Gold environmental sustainability rating.
