The Hemsworth brothers have sold their contemporary Malibu property for $4.25 million, according to Mansion Global.
The white stucco residence with four bedrooms is situated at the base of the Santa Monica Mountains. According to the listing agency, the three brothers and actors Liam, 30, Chris, 37, and Luke, 40, owned the property jointly as a peaceful vacation location.
According to the listing with Eric Haskell of The Agency, the contemporary hacienda-style home overlooks both the mountains and the Pacific Ocean from its inland perch, and there are equestrian stables nearby.
The transaction is so recent that it has not yet been recorded in public property records, and little is known about the buyer, other than the fact that they were represented by Compass agents Chris Cortazzo and Susan Saul.
The Hemsworths purchased the property in 2016 via a trust for $3.45 million, according to public records. In September, they listed the residence for $4,9 million.

According to the listing, amenities befitting a trio of Hollywood heartthrobs include a home theater that could be converted into a family room. In addition, there is a 750-bottle wine cellar and an open kitchen with restaurant-quality appliances and quartz countertops.
While the 4,600-square-foot home features a contemporary open floor plan, floor-to-ceiling shutters in the kitchen can be used to separate the kitchen from the dining room in an emergency. According to the listing, additional contemporary design features include polished concrete floors, marble bathroom finishes, and towering walls suitable for displaying artwork.

The brothers have been enduring the pandemic in their native Australia and have traded in their Malibu retreat for multiple properties in Byron Bay, a sunny coastal town in Queensland where the Hemsworths have reportedly purchased multiple homes.
