Five years ago, Khaled, then 45 years old, paid $9.9 million to buy the 10,681-square-foot house from British musician Robbie Williams.
The house, which has a French chateau-inspired design, is located in Mulholland Estates, a gated neighbourhood in Beverly Hills. Kendall Jenner, Paris Hilton, and Christina Aguilera are also a part of this neighbourhood.
The magnificent property, which is hidden behind well-kept hedges and a wrought-iron gate, was built in 1992, according to photos.
It opens to a spacious foyer with a glass dome at the top and a curved staircase that extends across two storeys.
The bulk of the rooms have a conventional design and are painted white or cream, and some of them have floor-to-ceiling windows or glass doors that open onto the backyard.
A recording studio, a gym, a waterfall-featured pool, and an outdoor dining area with a kitchen, a television, and a fireplace are also available.
Country musician Clint Black had previously owned it; he split ways with it and sold it to Williams in 2002 for about $5 million. The third musician to own the home was Khaled.
Despite having a reputation for being among the safest areas of Los Angeles, the area made headlines in 2009 when jewellery worth $2 million was stolen from Paris Hilton’s mansion, which was situated there.
Charlie Sheen, who formerly resided in the community, also fell victim to a break-in while he was a resident there. He reportedly sold the house for $6.6 million in January 2020, according to reports.
Khaled was able to make a sizable profit on a piece of property he owned in Beverly Hills after selling one of his properties in South Florida at a loss, for just under $5 million, in June 2020.
According to individuals who have previously spoken to The Post, the record producer had a contract in place to sell his waterfront house in March; however, the New York buyer fell ill with the coronavirus and decided not to close on the purchase.
