Inside Timaya’s Expensive New Mansion

The Grammy winner explained that he could never settle into a preexisting home, so he had to build the one he now calls home from the ground up.

Fun fact: Timaya doesn’t know the basic statistics of his own home, such as the number of rooms, bathrooms, etc. I’m not the real estate agent,” he said. We are at home here.

At first glance, this area may appear to be the formal living room. Timaya says that not only does he not hang out there, but that so do a lot of other individuals.

Also, there’s a lounging nook on each floor of the house.

A swimming pool is available.

I’ve seen that many famous people have pools installed in their backyards. Why do so many affluent individuals feel the need to have swimming pools? My curiosity is whether or not they actually swim in it.

The pool, in either case, is spotless.

As a native of the Niger Delta by way of Bayelsa, Timaya was adamant about installing a swimming pool in his backyard. He claims that when he was younger, he would get up at around 6:30 or 7 in the morning every day to enjoy the peaceful morning and listen to the birds and river. He finds motivation from it.

The Company’s Second Lounge:

The second floor features a completely different style sitting room. Timaya claims he and his kids enjoy hanging around here.

The Kids’ Room:

Since Timaya is a father of two daughters, he naturally wanted to provide them the best in terms of bedroom decor.

Into the Movies!

There is a movie theater available. You just gotta adore the affluent, is all I have to say. He has a theater in addition to his several TV-equipped living rooms. Cash cow!

Room Three’s Living Space:

Yes. The third story of the house features a completely different look and a third sitting room, both of which have televisions.

On this level, he has an open-concept office with a portrait of his late father hanging above his desk.

The Wardrobe:

The majority of Timaya’s bedroom is devoted to his enormous closet. The brown cow hide and wooden shelves give the closet a rustic feel.

In the Loo:

I mean, come on, this bathroom doesn’t need any explanation. We don’t even find this in motels.

The Master Bedchamber:

The main bedroom in Timaya’s palace remains as exquisite as ever. His bed is perched atop a set of stairs, he has a second television in there, and the space is furnished with plants and wooden furniture to reflect the earthy, natural vibe that Timaya says he appreciates. It’s spotless.

The exterior of the home, with his garage full of cars, comes last.
