Strong cash purchase by Kevin Durant for a Hidden Hills house worth $15,6 million
It appears Kevin Durant loves Southern California off-season. The perennial All-Star sold his $12.2 mιllιon Malibu property to “CSI” producer Anthony Zuiker two summers ago. Golden State Warriors players joined Brooklyn Nets. Now 32, Durant has a $15.6 mιllιon mansion in Hidden Hills, a celebrity-filled guard-gated community in L.A.’s San Fernando Valley.
The house was built this year by a local developer on speculation, pre-sold to Durant, and never on the market, thus specifics are scarce. The two-story modern farmhouse-style mansion is big, perhaps approximately 10,000 square feet. The enormous 1.8-acre property is a stone’s throw from NBA player Ben Simmons’ $17.5 mιllιon mansion.
Many famous sportsmen and musicians live in Hidden Hills. The Kardashians, Lori Loughlin, Lil Wayne, Madonna, Drake, Jeffree Star, John Stamos, and Alex Van Halen live there.
Durant started his professional career with the Seattle SuperSonics. The 6’10” superstar is best known for his eight years with the Oklahoma City Thunder and most recently with the Golden State Warriors. Two-time NBA All-Star MVP small forward plays for $164 mιllιon.
