In Hidden Valley Hills, an exclusive neighborhood in Beverly Hills, actress Zoe Saldana just paid $8.7 mιllιon for a Colonial Revival-style property. According to Trulia, Kimora Lee Simmons once resided in this home, and Adele and Jennifer Lawrence are close by.
