Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Sells Kim Porter’s Former Mansion: A Look Inside the Toluca Lake Estate

Nearly four years after her untimely death at age 47, Sean “Diddy” Combs has discreetly sold the San Fernando Valley mansion where Kim Porter, the mogul’s ex-girlfriend and the mother of four of his six children, resided for many years. The Toluca Lake property, acquired in 2009 for $5,3 million but never occupied by Diddy, was transferred earlier this year.

Charles D. King, founder, and chief executive officer of Macro, is the new proprietor. He is a WME talent agent-turned-producer who made Hollywood history as a member of the first all-black producing team for the Oscar-nominated film “Judas and the Black Messiah.” He and his wife Stacey paid $6.5 million for the traditional-style estate on the East Coast, which was initially listed for $7 million.

The residence is tucked away safely behind walls and gates on a prestigious street where nearly everyone is renowned. Sia and Viola Davis are neighbors, as are Steve Carell and Billy Ray Cyrus. The location is also directly across the street from the residence of “Once Upon a Time” heroine Jennifer Morrison and next door to the mansion of oil heir Nats Getty and his transgender YouTuber wife, Gigi Gorgeous. Macaulay Culkin and Brenda Song, who recently purchased Kiefer Sutherland’s Toluca Lake home, are also nearby.

The 2006-built residence with a wood exterior features six bedrooms and seven bathrooms spread across nearly 10,000 square feet on two levels. Inside the front entrance is a double-height entry foyer with a marble floor in a checkerboard pattern and a curved staircase topped with a crystal chandelier. In addition to a spacious living room with a fireplace and a sophisticated kitchen with a center island and high-end appliances, the main level features a screening room.

Upstairs, the master retreat features a fireplace, private balcony, and spa-inspired bathroom with a soaking tub; outdoors, the manicured grounds are dotted with mature sycamore trees and feature a large pool and spa with a Baja deck, shaded terrace perfect for al fresco dining and entertaining, and a sports court. In addition, there is a spacious driveway and a three-car garage.

In addition to the property he recently sold, Diddy owns a $39 million mansion in Holmby Hills and a two-house compound on Miami’s prestigious Star Island. In 2020, the Kings couple sold their erstwhile Studio City residence for $3,300,000.
