The 31-year-old only had possession of the lavish home, which is spread across 4289 square meters of prime property in Hidden Hills’ glitterati-heavy neighborhood, for just 365 days after purchasing it in June of last year.
The 1963-built residence is located in a gated neighborhood on a 1.06-acre lot.
Azalea hasn’t said why she decided to list the home so soon after buying it, but she previously mentioned getting into a spat with her neighbor over improvements.
The house has a total interior living area of 485 square meters, five bedrooms, and five bathrooms.
A master suite, a large pool and spa combination, and a magnificent living area with soaring ceilings and a large fireplace are also included.
